After subscribing to a Snipbook plan, your unique Business ID is generated automatically. Find it in your dashboard under Settings → Online Booking.

Paste into your website HTML
Paste the iframe code wherever you want the booking widget to appear on your site — a dedicated "Book Now" page works best.
Customers book and pay
Your clients can now book appointments and pay through your website. Funds go directly to your connected Stripe account.

What is a Business ID?
Your Business ID is a unique identifier assigned to your Snipbook account when you subscribe. It links the booking widget to your specific services, team, and payment account.
Does the widget work on any website?
Yes. The iframe works on any website that supports HTML — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, custom HTML sites, and more.
How does payment work for customers?
Customers enter their card details within the secure widget. Payments are processed by Stripe and deposited directly into your connected Stripe account.
Can I customise the widget appearance?
Yes. In your dashboard under Settings → Widget Settings, you can customise the booking widget colours to match your brand.
What happens if a customer cancels?
Cancellation handling follows the booking rules you set in your dashboard. Refunds are processed automatically via Stripe according to your cancellation policy.
