Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Snipbook. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snipbook governing your use of the platform and services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Snipbook, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, team members, and any other users of the platform.
Service Description
Snipbook provides an online appointment booking and management platform, including an embeddable booking widget, payment processing integration, team management tools, and customer management features. Features may change over time as we improve the service.
Subscriptions & Billing
Access to Snipbook requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on your chosen plan. Prices are displayed at the time of subscription and may change with 30 days notice. Payment is processed via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snipbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Snipbook regarding the service.
